Dr Settino opened the practice in 1972. He is a hometown boy who returned to the area after  graduating from  the University of Pittsburgh. He practiced at the old office on 2nd street until opening  the new building at our current location in 1989. Dr Settino and his wife, Anita, reside in Palmyra. In their spare time they enjoy horseback riding and traveling, especially to Disney World!
